Mastery Tokens

I am 3 mastery tokens short of being able to buy my Atlantis Avatar Badge.

As of today, I have all my Hero Masteries completed, but I am still 3 tokens shy of being able to have boughten everything in the Hero Mastery Shop.

Is this a glitch, or is it meant to be this way?

This is an issue the PerBlue team is already aware of, and they are going to fix it I have heard.

I have the same issue too, so it is just waiting I gues for that resolution.
