I encounted a maximus in ians friend mission that can still use heal while under faclier frog spell. Isnt frog form supposed to disable most abilities? I think its a bug.
Yeah, the frog is not meant to heal (or revert back to Maximus).
PerBlue has yet to address this though.
Hopefully they address this soon
