Having been a game designer and simulations developer, I think that it might be more entertaining for a guild if the developers put in something like mega raids. (AKA giant monster fights.) You get some of the biggest baddest Disney and Pixar villains and the guild pits their heroes against them.
Examples would be such characters as the giant Ursula, maleficent in dragon form, and tamatoa.
There would be stages to each fight with each stage getting progressively harder so that the stronger guild members have to make an effort to beat the boss.
It would go something like this:
Ursula starts out normal size with the characters on a boat fighting her. at this stage some of the lower-level players can beat her with some difficulty. All defeated heroes cannot be used again. And there would ba lineup of teens with each previous team once they are defeated the next team slides in to fill their position.
Next Ursula grows to giant size and the players must now have ranged attackers mixed in with melee attackers to not only hit her body and head but to hit her tentacles. At the second stage at the end of a certain time limit she smashes all over ten toes down on the player team defeating them instantly. Damage output would be Paramount in stage 2.
The last stage of the fight would be a battle where Ursula wood flash tentacles and melee attackers would need to hit the tentacles and at the same time the range of attackers would need to Target a specific part of the boat in order to steer it into Ursula in order to defeat her.
If the developers took a look at the Disney movies carefully I bet they could easily implement giant boss battles into the game which would make it more interesting fun exciting and would give a little nod and wink to all the Disney fans out there.
