I’m having issues with my menu not opening. Ever since this new update it won’t open when I click on it. I can’t advance any further without being able to open the menu. I’ve contacted support twice so far for help and heard nothing back. Can someone help me with this issue please!!

I took the screen shot but I don’t know how to send it in a pic tho. It’s the menu. Where you click to advance characters, view your items, collect on missions etc!! It will not open for me that’s why there is a red notification on the menu bar cuz I’ve got stuff to collect on

I don’t know what to do!! I’ve tried restarting the app. Restarting my phone. I don’t wanna delete the app tho cuz I’m on level 90!! Please anything you can do to try and fix this for me would be a humongous help!!
