I’m reposting my comments here because I posted it in the wrong area… I’ve been asking PB for a little while to merge my two accounts. They’ve noted that they only offer than service during server mergers, which is incredibly unhelpful. I’ve also asked for a rationale about why they won’t help with account merges outside of server mergers but they’ve essentially refused to offer any explanation. So I’m posting my question here - why can’t account merges be done outside of server merges? I’m looking for a functional explanation, not just justification based on precedent.
Account merges are only feasible during a Server Merge. However, we’re unable to transfer or combine accounts, VIP status, or resources between servers or accounts, as each is unique.
