Requested by @IAmASnowySpongeYo. This is my second hero refresh concept. So far, Mickey needs a buff and he is a good healer but he gets down easily, pretty much like Darkwing. Now he have our second hero who needs a buff. Anyways enjoy this concept.
Mickey Mouse
Mickey Mouse is a special character that heals his allies and he will give more energy to his allies.
Basic Stats:
+40% Max HP
+25% Basic Damage
+50% Skill Power
Skills:
White Skill: Team Cheer
Mickey Mouse applies “Tooned Up” to all allies, giving them an increase to all damage done.
+30% Damage
Green Skill: Silly Symphony
Mickey conducts an energy boost to the ally with the least energy.
+55% energy
Blue Skill: Apprentice Sorcery
Mickey magically heals the ally with the least HP.
+60% HP
Purple Skill: Oh Boy!
Allies with “Tooned Up” regenerate HP over the duration of “Tooned Up”
+40% HP
I was going to make a concept to Mark Beaks (which was requested by @Mystery09_III)
but he told me that I don’t need to do it anymore for some reason
