Which healer should I use for my Red Team? Mickley or Timon and Pumbaa?
I’m level 120 on server 21
Have access to all friendship discs
Do not however have red skills
The rest of my team is Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Mr Incredible and Goofy
Also, what friendships discs would everyone recommend for this team?

I would change the team anyway, too much front-liners and no CC from your side.

Who would you suggest swapping/subbing in? Almost entirely just for invasion.

If you need a Red Invasion Team then you should definitely add Elastigirl (JJ). Mr Inc (El) and Goofy (Je) are good, members of my Guild use Mickey with maxed out JACK Skellington Disk for a huge damage boost, then you can add T&P or someone else…

Just invasion? Then CC isn’t so needed.
Gizmo + Pleakley combo works just fine for red invasion.
Mickey actually will be good as well, but he only needs his skills maxed, tiers not so much.

He needs to have his power up levels the highest in the team in order for his skills of work, right?
Not really because each power up gives 3 skill levels and 1 hero level. So in general he needs to have at least ⅓ of his allies’ power ups.
Anyway for red invasion just put Gizmo, Mickey, someone for defense, and a few characters whose damage can scale on SP behind Gizmo, he’ll boost them immensely. Some of them don’t even need to be in red team to work.
