@Polaris How does green and purple skill works, does green depends on enemy hp? as purple is saying that now she will be able to charm enemies above 70% hp?
Minnie’s purple skill has the green skill charm every other enemy that is above 70% of their Max HP. The main target of Minnie’s green skill is still charmed though, no matter that percentage of HP they have.
