I feel that we should have a more organized and democratic way to choose new characters in the game. At the beginning of each month, five of the most requested characters are chosen in a monthly poll. At the end of the month, the character with the most votes is given top priority to be made into a DHBM character. The second and third characters are put in the next poll, and the fourth and fifth characters are taken off for the time being.
