Now we have city watch,arena and Coliseum crate. So can PB add more crate such as Heist or war token crate?

Because that hero is useless until he leave the crate
how is that bad?
You cant red star him or have him at decent red stars he is dead weight until he leaves the crate
The crates themselves without the heros are garbage

Some heroes have been useful even with just two or three stars.
This is very much true; I still think the idea of heroes being available through crates bought with different shop tokens is solid in theory, but they’re such terrible values that they really aren’t worth bothering with. Also, with the shop tokens they’re using so far (arena, coli, city watch), there’s a very limited supply and no effective way to increase it, so you have to choose between buying stuff in the shop or hoarding for the crates.
