Mr. Pigeon sends a flock of pigeons through enemies, dealing X damage and blinding enemies for 9 seconds.
Feather Punch
Mr. Pigeon sends a flock of pigeons to go to the enemy with the most Energy, knocking them back and stunning them for 8 seconds. The flock of pigeons then goes to the ally with the least basic damage, increasing their attack speed by 90% for 10 seconds.
The attack speed increase is less effective for allies above level Y.
Caged
Mr. Pigeons sends pigeons to put the enemy with the most HP in a cage, granting the enemy 4 stacks of Fatigue and decreasing their Reality by 75% for 12 seconds.
Mr. Pigeon then puts the ally with the least armor inside of a cage, granting them a shield with Z HP that lasts for 9 seconds.
Parisian Animals
Enemies who have been stunned by “Feather Punch” have their normal crit decreased by 80% for 10 seconds when Mr. Pigeon uses “Pigeon Flock”.
This is less effective against enemies above level Y.
Smart, Little Ones
Allies who have been protected by “Caged” will recieve 3 stacks of Hardy whenever Mr. Pigeon will use “Feather Punch”. Caged enemies will have their attack speed slowed by 70% for 9 seconds whenever Mr. Pigeon uses “Pigeon Flock”.
The slow is less effective against enemies above level Y.
