Maybe he will, maybe he won’t. Supposedly, Mushu will not be in the live-action remake.
But they base all their heroes based off the original animated versions so they could add Mushu if they wanted

I really want Mulan! She would be awesome!
Yeah Mushu is said not to be in the LA version but I hope he’s added as a hero
I think it’s likely that they’ll add Mulan. And I also hope they add Anna for Frozen 2.
