Title, it’s always stated that she gets 200 energy. Is it just a visual bug, or not working as intended?

I have lvl 123 Joy, her Cheer skill states she gets less energy if her level is above level 103. That means she shouldn’t be getting 200 energy, she should be getting less than that. 20 levels is a pretty big difference for this to not work

This is working as intended. The 200 energy stays the same no matter what. The only thing that changes is the level cap
So I could have completely ignored the Cheer skill, have it at lvl 1 and still get 200 energy with my lvl 123 Joy, what a waste of gold
But she gets less energy the more she levels up without that skill upgraded
