My Progress?!


I had went onto the game, when all of a sudden, ALL MY PROGRESS ON IT WAS GONE. I really need to know what happened.

Ouch, but yeah I recommend contacting the Customer Support in game so that they can help you.

You might need your lost account’s Account ID to get your old account back, but you can try through providing general details in terms of what you have and what you don’t have :-).

Did you recently buy a new phone? Go into the Accounts tab and see if your account is there.

No, I play the game on the same phone.
