Never done him but I feel like most people do not get him quite right or cover his voodoo itself. Voodoo is a dangerous thing as we learned from the movie itself. It could wind up claiming the life of the user.
Villain: Dr. Facilier (obviously) aka the Shadow Man.
Movie: The Princess and the Frog
Costume: I could see him wearing a Tux instead of his pink voodoo garb. Kinda like he trying to hide his true intentions. His hat never changes though.
Dr.Facilier uses his voodoo to get what he wants. If he goes down, someone else goes down with him.
“I hope your satisfied. If you ain’t, don’t blame me. You can blame my friends on the other side.”
Basic attack: His shadow hits an enemy
white skill: All the souls you desire
Passively: Every basic attack by his shadow heals Dr. Facilier for 50% of the damage done.
Active: Dr. Facilier binds himself to an enemy for 7 seconds with his charm. All damage done to either one is reflected on the other but neither one can activate abilities during this time.
During this time, if Dr. Facilier is KO’d then the enemy takes 50% of their max HP as true damage.
If the enemy is KO’d then Dr. Facilier gains X skill power till the end of the wave and receives 500 energy.
Nothing happens if neither one is KO’d.
Green skill: Voodoo charms
Dr. Facilier makes a Voodoo doll of the enemy farthest from him and pricks it dealing X fantastic damage to that enemy.
Blue skill: A vision of wants.
Dr. Facilier blows powder at the enemy closest to him charming them for 5 seconds. If they resist the charm, they are instead stunned for two seconds.
Enemies have a chance to resist the charm if they are above lvl Y.
Purple skill: Friends from the other side.
Dr. Facilier basic attacks now deal X more basic damage.
If Dr. Facilier is KO’d while his white skill is active, all enemies are cursed for seven seconds.
Position: Middle
Role: Damage
Entrance: Dr. Facilier walks in with his shadow normally, then the shadow separates from him and begins attacking enemies.
Defeat 1: Dr. Facilier falls face down and melts into the floor.
Defeat 2: (white skill) Dr. Facilier laughs maniacally before being pulled off screen by a group of shadows.
Victory: Dr. Facilier takes of his hat and brushes it off then puts it back on.

Tia Dalma: Power over the dead?
Disk power 1: Dr. Facilier gains a shield that takes X damage or lasts for five seconds if he isn’t KO’d after activating his white skill.
Disk Power 2: 200 starting energy.

Ursula: Sea witch Voodoo.
Disk Power 1: Gains X basic damage.
Disk Power 2: 25% increase of max HP.
