Until Disney buys Hasbro, I don’t think The Potato Heads are going to be in DHBM, anytime soon. Other than that, good picks. I’d also add Evelyn Deavor.

I mean, if Disney didn’t have permission or rights, Potato Head, Barbie and Ken wouldn’t be in the films…

Yup. The Potato Heads are Hasbro.
Yes. They had permission to use them in the Toy Story films, as well, as certain shorts and specials. Outside of that, though, Disney can’t use Hasbro or Mattel IPs in their products without asking permission.
