Hi. Is anyone else having trouble getting the free creates putting in the promo codes? I tried putting in both naughty and nice and I was told that the codes were invalid.
Make sure sure it’s not capitalized and there’s no spaces after the word. You can also only use only one of them once per week. Once you use one of them, then other can’t be used - until next week reset.
I am having the same problem, now in week 2. I did not get a good answer from support, just spell it correctly.

Both say invalid and yes I tried my best to type both without a typo.
