Need a new way to get Threads

With the insanely hard diffculty of actual maxing out a contest now, (I just realized after spending 73k tokens, using my 17 heist cards and spending 14m gold that I won’t hit the top goal of this latest contest), we need a new way to earn threads rather than contests which at this point nobody really can win.

So why not have a Costume Shop, where people can buy the Threads for characters from prior contests?

Would write more for the idea, but right now I’m too frustrated with the inanity of this current contest to write well.

Yea I’m very awesome at playing and have orange heroes put don’t have a single thread (except 4 25 merida but that I got lucky) the point is I’m rich in-game and I can really go for a new shop

I’ve been trying to figure this out… Costume threads only a change in appearance and not any of the hero’s stats right?

If it’s for appearances only I definitely think we should be allowed to buy them… If they enhance the character stats at all I could see why it would be something we have to earn. Not that I wouldn’t want to see them pop up in the shop though!

I wonder if they will include that Costume Shop in the anniversary update

They should put in city watch shop, 5 threads for 500 tokens, just like chip. They almost never change the hero in CW, they might as well make it more useful.
