didn’t get actually what/how to complete these challenges?

can anybody explain how to do this???

• For the second challenge, you must defeat 20 Coldsnapper NPC’s this week with Jack Jack on your team.

• Some heroes that silence: Ralph, Rex, Meg, Tia, Scar

They appear in Invasion as well, both in Breaker quests and wards. So, if you dont have chap 24, you could try it there
