Randall kann super gekontert werden.
Randall is very strong and great. But I think he doesn’t need nerf anymore.
But old characters need Hero refresh

Randall’s damage against scared enemies needs nerf by 100%.
And heroes which need bigger nerf are Beast and Duke.
Pooh is the one who needs a nerf the most rn. And that’s a fact, not an opinion.
Kinda agree with Beast and Duke, but I think Randall is fine at this point. He never was a big issue to me.

Pooh already get heavy counter - Syndrome.

That would only need to be for his Red skill, because on S19 he is far from OP.

I know that his Yzma disk can counter the slow, but he still does an exaggerated amount of damage. Beast has a decent amount of counters, and while Duke doesn’t, he’s still a frail character. Sure, Meg’s link always allows him to activate his White Skill, which is dangerous but still does less damage than Pooh’s. After Stunt Spectacular, Duke will generally go down pretty easily.
Pooh is on a completely different level. He pretty much forces you to work on Syndrome (and his disk is unlocked at a very high level, so it’s not available to most players, while Pooh’s slow only needs him to be purple). And even a team with Syndrome (Yz) will likely get shotted by those bees.
I’m not trying to be rude, and I’m very sorry if I seem to be. But a character who can alone beat a team made of heroes with a much higher rarity (and yes it happened) shouldn’t exist.

Pooh unlikely than Duke needs to get some stacks of Hunny, and this attack doesn’t crit (only with scare), while Duke deal 20M damage to all, very quickly, and he can heal.
In epic CW it’s terrible to meet him, worst possible scenario.
Lets get this right duke is good but squishy and can die easily before he even moves. Pooh is op but is slow to move you can get him under control I’ve seen skilled players kill a poo line in 15 seconds. So I dont think hes over the top hes strong but easy to defeat to a point. Randall sick of this. He is easy to beat so many ways magica being 1 but a good team composition counters him I often use stitch meg beast and that line involving him is death. And as for beast he can die so many ways stitch mine has killed him so many times lasso meg to front and bingo shes dead and so is beast he does not need a nerf. Pooh kills him mal kills him jasmin and multiple heroes or combos of heroes. You on general cannot use normal damage to kill him. But he can be frozen and killed etc.
Uh, Duke isn’t squishy.

I’ve got a pretty strong Duke and I’ve found plenty of things that cause him trouble - T&P, or most of the recent control heroes can render him fairly ineffective. He also can’t do much against freeze teams.
Randalls longevity is what causes the problem still for me - he’s supposed to be a glass cannon, yet 99% of the time he’s the last hero standing on the field. That allows him far too much time to get off his scares & counters which do such strong damage. He’s not as bad as he was as he can be CC’d, but without any strong CC, he can still wipe whole teams.
For a perfect glass cannon, look at Megavolt - does awesome damage (much more dps than Randall, probably one of the highest in the game), but also dies very well and needs a lot of protection.

If he didn’t active on first 10 seconds. After that Duke one shot Timon.
Donald? Rapunzel? Other Hardy sources?
He can over-pass all those and deal at end 20M damage, killing everyone.
i mean control heroes that can shut him down before he can do his active skill - also Rapunzel’s knockback actually interrupts his skill if he’s in the middle of it, which is fairly unique I think
Randall himself can also counter him, as long as Randall doesn’t die & take 100% revive damage in 1 duke skill, he can turn invisible and outlast / kill him. Same with Beast, once his rage is active, Duke won’t ever kill him. He’s also front line so heroes like Stitch, Olaf, Mal etc can stop him doing much at all while others finish him off
And yes Meg exists… but there’s also heroes who can hit the back line, or bring her to the front

No Donald as control, but Donald as ally to prevent Duke from getting debuffs.
Almost every time I meet Duke in CW, he dies before getting enough Energy. I guess Hook is the best counter for him:
-Armor removal
-Has high armor himself
-Sapping won’t allow Duke to hoard Energy
-Reflects all melee attacks while dueling, dealing high damage
Same things working against the Beast, but it also requires characters with disables longer than 10 seconds. Randall also has a lot of counters, in PVP he isn’t that much a threat than in CW or Surge. Don’t know about Pooh, never faced him. Syndrome…met him once in Invasion, and yes, his white skill is OP. An interesting thing that in the movie Syndrome has to hold his enemy, so he can’t attack, like Magica or Jafar in the game. But here, he just explodes the ones who are not stunned

Well, I don’t think he necessarily needs a nerf, but his red skill makes him amazing. So yeah
