Mulan’s white damage and blue shield are really need to nerf.
It remind me jafar’s sandstorm…but more strong than jafar

She can be dealt with. Build T&P or Shank (red skill), they both work amazing against her

Every champion is counterable. Even jafar or mulan
There are much better heroes… But yes, you can counter any hero.
