Attempted to message an issue, but authentication fails and message won’t send. I purchased 10 hero crates, diamonds removed from my total, but never received the crates. I’m hoping to get back my diamonds or receive my crates.

To fix the authentication error when contacting support, please clear the device data under “App” settings to fix this.
If the diamonds were spent, then the crates were opened and hero chips delivered. Support will be able to tell you what was in the crates.
