New Bonus Chances not applying in City Watch

The bonus chances event for Sunday shows a + on City Watch, however I did not receive a bonus chance. I had 0 resets before the event started, and still have 0 resets.

On another note, having a Triple CW Gold event immediately after the previous Bonus Chances one is not the most intelligent of timings… I did 4 city watches yesterday…
