I would like to thank Perblue for making an effort (finally!) to release some Disney Emojis into this game. But these are currently locked, so maybe we have to wait for a while to finally be able to use the emoji.
I hope @Polaris would be able to read this when he/she comes back or @Elliot is he/she is allowed to answer.

Im not sure, but maybe you need emoji items to unlock them?
Yeah, like Bo Peep, but having them through levelling up friendship would be also good.
