PRE-CONCEPT NOTE (SPOILERS ALERT): WandaVision started streaming on Disney+ on Friday January 15th. WandaVision is one of the best series I’ve ever seen, and it’s just in the 4th episode. In the third episode, two new heroes entered the MCU and I must say that they are both two of my favorite characters in Marvel, whom I really hope they’d be developed and have a future in the MCU. So, celebrating the beginning of Phase 4 of MCU and the WandaVision series, here’s a new concept. I hope you like it!
"New Magic Order" - Wiccan Unlikely Concept
Name: Wiccan
Description: Billy Kaplan Aka. Wiccan is a powerful warlock who’s destined to rewrite the laws of magic.
Quote: “See, I’m the child of a witch and an android. I’m their wish come true. Bigger than magic, living information, retro-reincarnated in human form.”
Trial Team: Red
Role: Damage
Position: Front
Stars: 
Entrance: Wiccan teleports himself in position.
Basic Attack: Wiccan shoots his enemies with electricity orbs, dealing X damage.
Victory: Wiccan puts his hands in his hips and smiles.
Defeat: Wiccan crosses his arms and looks angry at the ground.
Skills:
White Skill: Shock Wave
✨Fantastic Damage
Wiccan creates a vortex of electricity to the closest enemy, dealing X damage and knocking the enemy back.
Green Skill: Here and There
✨Fantastic Damage
Wiccan shoots the closest enemy with an electricity wave, dealing X damage to that enemy and teleporting that enemy to the most back of the battlefield.
Blue Skill: Keep It Unreal
Wiccan wraps the reality of the closest enemy with his powers, charming that enemy for 10.0 seconds.
Charm has a chance to fail against enemies above level X.
Purple Skill: Universe Within
At the beginning of each wave, Wiccan applies ‘Spell’ to the enemy with the most basic damage. Once in each battle, when Wiccan reaches 0 HP, steals 50% of the enemy marked with ‘Spell’, healing himself and gaining invincibility for 8.0 seconds.
Red Skill: New Magic Order
If charm from ‘Keep It Unreal’ fails, the enemy will take X damage and lose X energy.
Every time Wiccan uses ‘Shock Wave’, he increases his skill power by 10%.
