It is and the deals are trash anyway. It´s a way to scam people.

I call it a “fishing net test”. Because if a player gets caught, they get a “whale” status.
Obviously most people will be either unwilling to spend or the deals are unaffordable. 
These deals are horrific, no matter how long you have played the game. But it goes against your previous claims that your game and VIP levels, or spend amount dictate the deals you get. What is the point of fishing for whales? Do you think they hang a list of suckers that they all point and laugh at?
