I have some hero’s in red that don’t have a red skill
Already explained to you… it used to reduce a certain stat to negatives…

I know that not all of the Characters have red skills yet. But if unlock fed all will have… 
Negative stats doesn’t exist. And X and Y still reduce the stat to level it doesn’t work in both cases.
Still way to early, maybe in the 2.3 update, new red skills will come…
