Well… those are 8, we have got 8/9 sometimes in the past. Feel like random choices but then again it’s not like there are that many choices at this point, so I’m pretty sure at least a few of those will get it this patch.

I feel like PerBlue’d be trying to release red skills evenly. With 13 heroes left, we can expect 6/7 red skills this update 
Yeah that’s a possibility too. Considering 13 seem too much, they could split them evenly and give 6/7 this time and the rest next time
