I assume the issue list doesn’t indicate if the patch notes get delayed or not, so will have to wait until Polaris tells us if the patch notes actually gets delayed or not :-).
So far Polaris has said the patch notes are coming today, though if they come before the European midnight is another thing.
So yeah, just got to wait and see :-).
