Moana is great the way she is… nobody uses her except me and I find her to deal massive damage to enemies and stays alive if you have a good team

So if she willl get a refresh you won’t use her, great. 
She has no working tenacity, it’s only 300, so it will be good if she would get some from disks.

More damage, shield hp, healing, energy, and improved disks, and a nice bonus of extra tenacity so she won’t be stuck in freeze or stun 24/7.
That shield is in bad state now.
