I wouldn’t expect the update to come before 2-4 hours from now, but after 4 hours from now I would say it is possible that it might come if the approvals goes fast :-).
I think it just came. Check the patch notes.
It hasn’t. They mean when the update will occur.

Anna is not a princess. She is a queen and must be addressed as such. Also, even if she was not a queen in terms of her title, she is one either way. I do not think she will come this year though.
