I just heard that Charles martinet is stepping back from voicing Mario in Nintendo. He just a got a new role called Mario ambassador. I’m going to miss him voicing mario.

It true we will miss him. But he man is getting older, it isn’t going to live forever, hope whoever steps as Mario voice do a nice job like what happened with Wallace (from Wallace and Gromit, why that example because it’s the first one to come to my mind)

If I have a nickel for Everytime Nintendo replace Charles in an upcoming switch game, I have two nickels, which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happens twice.
(A nod to super Mario bros wonder and wario ware move it)

I heard that there was a super Mario bros wonder direct coming august 31st! I am so excited!
I just heard that Charles martinet has confirmed that he is not retiring. So he might still voice mario(prove me wrong, but I don’t know). Maybe in the future?
EDIT: I just realized that Nintendo did confirmed that Charles stepped down as the voice of mario, but he is not retiring. Maybe he will voice a character for a upcoming Nintendo movie.

I think Pepsiman is referring to the idea going around that we might be seeing more Nintendo franchises get their own movies (the “Nintendo Cinematic Universe”, if you will), and he’s suggesting that Martinet may voice a role in one of those movies.

There is a Nintendo direct coming tomorrow! Hoping for wave 6, smash bros 64 on NSO, and perhaps a sora amiibo, maybe? Can’t wait for tommorow.

I like that it’s a fixed value, other battle passes make you grind hard by increasing the XP required per level, making level 90-100 an unpleasant experience
