Normally, whenever Perblue releases a new lv cap, we would always have a catch up challenge for those haven’t gotten to the previous lv cap yet (For example: when they releases lv cap at 100, those haven’t gotten to 95 get a challenge and some reward for reaching 95)
But now, after raising the lv cap to lv 105, there is no catch up challenge for those under lv 100?
Is this intentional or is it just applicable to lower lv below 95?
I am on sv 12, and currently on lv 98 
What about other server? Do you all get this challenge or not?
