Invasion has just ended on my server, but when I came to claim my Mod power, there was nothing, just ranks. One of my guildmates also says he didn’t receive the mod power.

Mine was the same too .
Give it an hour, it can take a few minutes to verify guild and player ranks.
Thank you. There was a server update then it came back on and I was able to collect mine.
