Stitch doesn’t have quotation marks in his quotes when pretty much all the other characters do. Why?

I would hazard a guess that all the other characters say their quotes, but Stitch is mute. That line is spoken by Lilo.

Stitch has spoken many times throughout Lilo and Stitch movies and the show.

Even I know that, and I only saw Lilo and Stich One time like 7 years ago.

Yeah. Originally Stitch wasn’t gonna talk but the writers realized the climax and ending benefitted greatly if Stitch was able to talk.
But I still haven’t gotten an answer of why there’s no quotation.
I contacted support and they told me they were going to pass it on
