I did not receive any compensation. When I sent in a ticket, I was told there were no delays with Amazon, and no compensation. I’m so confused.
Send a ticket to support, they should be able to help you get the compensation. I sent one a while back, and I’ve had no problem getting the compensations now

Guess got to have more pressure on you guys… have your updates a week in advance ready to go, and send to Amazon… then maybe it be ready same time you send google and Apple the updates.
(Be easier for you and the players if you did level and cap raises two months instead of one, just saying)
I did send a ticket. In the past I never had problems, so this is a first. Hopefully Loutre will straighten it out for me.
If we were to do that we would have to delay all updates on all devices and still have no guarantee when we would get approval by Amazon.

I see that you were able to log into your account during the Amazon downtime that is most likely why you did not receive the compensation. We send the compensation to players on Amazon devices who were not able to log in.

But I was not able to log in. I kept trying but could not until the update went through. That has to be some glitch. I only play on my fire tablet. I do not access the game on any other device. Honestly, I was locked out for two days.
Write in to support so they can look into it more.
I will, thank you. This just gets weirder, lol. My only device is my Amazon tablet. I have a work cell phone but games are of course disabled. Thank you for your quick replies and help.
It might just be because you kept trying that it counted it as being in game as so many attempts were happening.
I think this is right. I’m able to play on my phone when Amazon isn’t updating, but when I tried to log in on my Amazon device to see if the update was available, it would kick me off my phone, even though I wasn’t able to successfully log in on my Amazon device.
