I know that Video Ads not playing was a known issue in version 1.10, but I don’t see it as a known issue in the current version 1.11. I am still unable to watch any video ads and it’s driving me bonkers! When 1.11 dropped I was able to watch 1 - 2 videos per day, but it steadily got fewer and farther between them. Now I haven’t seen an ad in almost a week. Support says this is “normal”, but I know it’s not. If I’m not buying diamonds, obviously they want me watching as many ads as possible.
Is anyone else still having the problem? Are they working on the problem and I’ve missed where they said that?
