Skills:
Basic Attack - Norm punches an enemy.
White Skill - Weaponry - Fantastic Damage
Norm transforms his arm into a laser and fires it into the enemy line, dealing X dmg to any enemies close to it. Enemies not injured by the laser are blinded for 7.0 sec.
Green Skill - Muffin Time
Norm tosses a muffin to the teammate with the least HP and himself, both healing for X HP. The muffin also cleanses one debuff for each hero the muffins affect.
Blue Skill - Slap Yourself
Norm prints out pamphlets that say “Slap Yourself” toward the enemies that stuns 3 of them for 7.0 sec. This has a chance to fail against enemies lvl X or higher.
Purple Skill - Squirrel Power
Whenever Norm uses his White Skill, he gets jumpstarted for 6.0 sec, increasing his attack speed by X%.
Red Skill - Enemy of the Platypus
Norm now throws muffins to every teammate.

Campaign - Father-son bonding - Norm spends time with Dr Doofenshmirtz around the city, trying to get him to play catch. After some unsuccessful attempts, Doofenshmirtz says the time they had was pleasant, and Norm accepts it as a win.
Disk - Self Destruct Button
Disk Memory - Norm’s pamphlets during his blue skill explode, dealing X dmg on top of stunning the enemy.

Norm & Megavolt
Campaign - Shock and Awe - Megavolt recruits Norm to help him take over the city, only to learn how incompetent he is. After several failed attempts, Megavolt gives up while Norm thanks him for hanging out.

Disk Memory - Norm gets jumpstarted X% when his HP reaches 35% or lower.
Disk Power - Z Max HP
