Victory animation: raises his arms with joy, smiling heavily (think delight emote and when you get a hole shot in toontown golfing combined)
Basic attack: throws a slice of pie. Does normal damage.
White skill - “A mayor’s jokebook”

Green skill - “Run em outta town!”

Flippy launches a random cog of two choices out of a cannon deing X Fantastic damage.
If cold caller: Hitting an opponent will cause stun for x seconds
If the big cheese: hitting an opponent will cause scare for x seconds.
If the opponent hit is known to like money, or is a robot it will do 2x damage.
Blue skill - “Juggling circus.”

Flippy juggles marbles boosting damage by x% and heals by x.
If a target EXCEPT FLIPPY is below 50% hp, they will get an increase in defense + reality temporarily.
Purple skill - “Wiggles giggles”
Flippy thinks of a funny joke in his mind.
At random times flippy will heal himself. Also removes the self defense buff restriction from juggling circus
Red skill - “Business related banter”
Run em outta town is now funny and heals the team by X every use. After use of run out of town, flippy will replace his normal attacks with a bowling ball, doing fantastic damage + reduces reality for opponents hit. Stacks 4 times.
Friend campaigns-
Gyro gearloose - Flippy finds Gyro and questions him about why his invention smells very cog like. Gyro has no idea what a cog is despite flippy trying to tell him otherwise

Mickey mouse - Flippy is happy to see a respected resident of TTC fighting the creeps with him.
