Not receiving certain rewards

I’m not sure why I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app but crates that I am earning as rewards etc aren’t showing up in my inventory. There’s just an explanation mark showing things to open but nothing.

Filter by “Misc” in inventory. Crates will be below consumables.

Filter it by ‘misc’ and everything except hero chips will be sorted out and shown. It even shows your tokens!!

On your Inventory screen, change the Filter (on the left-hand side of the screen) to Misc, and your crates should show up below your random consumables:
