Maybe they have stopped putting the sign in hero in to cosmetics until the day we can all get them.

Yes that is the reason why, Polaris even stated that the cosmetics won’t show until they are available for everyone to stop people gaining access to them until they are available for all

I dont agree that this is fair…
- The only people who could really get access to them are those that have completed collections - spent a ton of money or very lucky with random crates
- You only get 10 chips, so even if you unlock it you cant do much. Stuck at 1 star. No red skill. No high mod attune from another hero. So pretty useless in my opinion.
And with friendships now unlocking when you have both characters, there is no other advantage getting it earlier than everyone else
