Luigi zooms into the battle on his kart.entrance Luigi vacuums the nearest enmy onto the battle field. defeat Luigi kicks. Victory Luigi smiles. White skill. Luigi uses the vacuum to suck up the nearest enmy green skill. The strolb light flashes on all the enemy’s. Blue skill dark light the enmy dispired from the bord. Purple skill. Plunger shot Luigi shots the plunger at the nearest two enmy. Red skill. WAH Luigi screams very loudly. Luigi tank hero. Friendships Luigi and Mickey. Luigi and daisy
The concept seems a bit messy. Maybe space out the skills, friendships, etc to make it more easier to read.

Where is his basic attack?
enemy and what does it do besides bringing the enemy closer?
Strobe light?
What does it do? Blind? Deal damage?
And it’s enemies, not “enemy’s”
I don’t know what you’re trying to say here… 
Purple skills don’t have a new animation unless its a revive…
