You know what they say.
You can’t beat the original.

I don’t like live action remake.
But Aladdin, Beauty and the beast, The jungle book live action remakes are great.

I don’t like Maleficent movie. but Angelina Jolie is great.

I was fairly disappointed in Aladdin remake but Will Smith was great! I loved the maleficent one, for Angelina, and for taking a step back and making a tired flat fairy tale come to life and have some snap. Live action done well rocks!

So far the next live action remake is Mulan. No Mushu, no songs (except Reflection), no Li Shang, no Shan Yu (instead a female villain), etc. Lets see how the Mulan live action movie will be like. :grimacing:

Even then, Perblue could use remake characters

I like the alladin remake but that’s about it. And the live action 101 Dalmatians, and Lady and the Tramp,

No, in the live-action release of the Lion King, Perblue celebrate it by releasing the classic instead of the remake. Usually Perblue adds the classic versions of a character.

I mean, add characters exclusive from the remakes (or in the best, add the remake versions as skins)

They don’t do costumes anymore sadly

Well I still haven’t watched cartoon mulan, so lol.

They said, that for momento, so, in the Future, they could release more costumes

Only people blinded by extreme nostalgia filters truly believe that. That being said I haven’t seen Maleficent myself, but I think it’s mildly pointless to discuss this, Aladdin used classic, Beauty and the Beast used/will use classic, and The Lion King used Classic. And let’s not forget we already have Classic Maleficent! I doubt we will ever get a non-classic character.

When you have two versions of the same movie, there is a high chance for both of them to have advantages and disadvantages.

This is true, but quibbling about the movies did entertain me. That’s the point anyway Isn’t it? Entertainment?

Yep, probably this, and seeing how people prove their points, cause everyone can be right in some ways.

I honestly think the Mulan remake is gonna be pretty bad. It’s nothing like the Disney version or the original story (no matter how many times the director and crew like to say that).

Most of the other remakes are okay in my opinion. They’re enjoyable and bring a small sense of nostalgia.

Most of the misspelling seem to be accidents tho. Probably seems to be “probabky” since maybe the “k” and “l” keys are next to each other. “Didnt” is them just forgetting to add an apostrophe. “Dis like” was just them adding a space, maybe by accident?

What I’m upset about is that Disney takes things too far
