Oswald The Lucky Rabbit

Description: Oswald is a forgotten rabbit due to Mickey Mouse and lives in Wasteland where forgotten characters live but he sure is a lucky rabbit.

Basic Attack: Spin attacks.
Entrance: Comes from the air while spinning his helicopter ears.

Defeat: Jumps into the air and melts to the ground.
Skills
White Skill: Electric Blast
(Normal Damage 
)
Oswald with his remote creates a blast of electricity around him, dealing X damage, and shocking and stunning enemies in its range for 5 seconds. This also grants a shield to all allies in its range with X HP lasting for 7 seconds.
Green Skill: Reprogram
(Fantastic Damage 
)
A Rocker appears in front of enemy lines via Beetleworx Generator every 8 seconds and Oswald with his remote, reprograms the Rocker making it an ally. It then attacks enemies by charging into them, dealing X damage, and knocking them back. The Rocker has X HP.
The cooldown stops when the Rocker appears and starts again after it is defeated.
Blue Skill: Helicopter Ears
When Oswald reaches below 30% HP for the first time, Oswald flies into the air with his Helicopter Ears for 5 seconds, he is untargetable for this duration. After the duration has ended, Oswald kisses his foot, healing him for X HP.
Purple Skill: The Forgotten
Electric Blast is now able to give allies 25% more Damage and X Reality in its radius for 5 seconds.
Red Skill: Ruler of Wasteland
Reprogram now gives the Rocker 3 stacks of Hardy and 1 stack of Hardy to all allies.
The Rocker now stuns enemies hit by it for 3 seconds.
This chance of stun has a chance to fail against enemies above Level X.
