Other heroes does not show

This is the screenshot of my list of not unlocked heroes.As you can see,some of the heroes are not shown in the list like Mr. Incredible and Timon and Pumba

Mr Incredible actually is in your inventory. Depending on your server, Timon and Pumba might not be available yet.
