I’m pretty sure there were no licensing issues, per se, but PerBlue had to get approval from Disney for any new costume, and said that took almost as long as getting approval for a whole new hero, for some reason.

Here’s a response from a PB staff member talking about costumes, from a Q&A session.

We’d love to add more costumes to the game. The challenge is that they require as much back-and-forth with Disney as a brand-new character. We also need to make sure we’re being faithful to characters by only using costumes that the character actually wore in a movie/TV show, etc. So costumes end up being complex to produce. We’ve decided to focus on new characters right now and don’t have plans for additional costumes. Never say never, but it’s unlikely.

Every gacha prioritizes DPS characters over all others. DPS characters are the big crowd-pleasers.

Mr Big & Kozlov is locked at level 62!

The character doesn’t get level 63 or more, and yes, my team level is more than 63 (70 actually).

ahh yes, but still should update now to get those bug fixes in. There is no server update happening at all though so not sure where the Thursday date came from.
