If there’s an incoming update, then the recent patch notes should be named as 1.13-A.

From my patch note schedule observations, patch notes usually come in the middle of a month. On the other hand, I do agree with the 1.13-A idea, since the Halloween tradition will still continue for the next and upcoming update.
