Penny
Penny is a 1-Star, Frontline, Tank Hero
Trial Team: yellow
Quote: Look what they did to my pants!
Description: Penny is a shy little girl that escaped from Morningside Orphanage. She overcomes her fear to help her friends in need.
Appear: walks in carrying Teddy
Victory: hugs Teddy smiling
Defeat: starts to cry
Basic Attack: see passive
Skills:
White: Teddy is the Best
Passive: Instead of a Basic Attack Penny hugs Teddy healing herself with X HP and getting a stack of Cuddly.
Active: Penny heals herself with X HP +X HP for every stack of Cuddly she has.
Green: The Diamond
Fantastic Damage
Penny shows the Devil’s Eye to an enemy stunning them for fifteen seconds dealing X damage per second.
Blue: Message in a Bottle
Normal Damage
Penny takes out the message in a bottle and throws it at the furthest enemy dealing X damage and studying them.
Purple: Faith is a Bluebird
Rufus appears and removes all debuffs from Penny giving her a stack of Cuddly. He can do it once per combat.
This can fail if Penny is above Level X.
Red: Poor little Girl
Penny decreases the enemies’ Attack Speed by 75% at the begin of each combat until the first enemy uses an active skill.
This only works if Penny has two or less allies.

Disk: Good Advice
+1 stack of Cuddly with Faith is a Bluebird with each Star
Stronger Healings with each Level

I forgot her name is Penny…ao does that mean she is the only Disney name to have two characters?
The Penny from the rescuers, and the Penny from Bolt.
