how can they still be mean to you if you’ve blocked them? 
when you block someone you have the option to also report them; if they have been breaking the TOS, you should do so.

no but the person is mean to other people saying disney suck and the game is dead and the chat dead

Tell those persons to also block and report the player so they won’t be bothered as well
