I am thoroughly ticked off. What’s the purpose of spending my time and hard earned money, to earn 1st place in overall rankings in server 3, 1st place in Challengers Coli, to be absolutely denied rewards, rewards that are supposed to be based on a ranked system, not how often you fight, all b/c there was nobody above me to fight at the time. I send in countless tickets, get told it’s the Xmas holiday that you’d look into the reason I wasn’t getting awards once your staff returned, only to find a crap answer in my in-box telling me you utterly refuse to send me any compensation b/c I was inactive. Ummm, so you feel the need to penalize me for remaining in first place? It’s wrong. B/c under your same premise, PB, I should not get awards for today b/c I didn’t fight a single Coli battle today, as Offense, but what you neglected to realize, is my teams all technically fought in defensive battles- however, I DID get my awards today. So how is your logic or your reasoning sound? It isn’t. Many of your players rely on these awards and if you’re gonna force battles to be fought each and every day in order to earn an award for a placement, then by your own rules, I should not have received today’s awards and you need to make sure EVERYONE knows this is a rule instead of implementing it and then saying, “oh that’s how our arithmetic and systems work.” How is that your players problems PB? You’re the ones raking in the money, you could at least give a crap how your own customer service reps respond to your customers and their concerns.

Im not sure how many days of not fighting on offense it takes, but I assume it is to keep inactive players from hogging the top spots. I know that it isn’t just if you are first, I have accounts that get demoted if I dont fight every few days. To fix this, all you have to do is fight in one fight. You dont even have to win. You actually can retreat and it will keep you active and not demote you.

To get the demotion timer you have to do no fight for like 3-4 days, but, if in the whole day you dont even fight once (you can even fight and retreat) you will not get any kind of reward cause you didnt partecipate. That happen for both coli and arena
